Where do I upload my prescription?

When creating an account, you will be able to upload your prescription and write your pupillary distance measurements (PD). If you did not fulfilled this information at the account creation, you can still go in your account information and edit the section "account details". 

What is my Pupillary Distance (PD)?

This is the distance between the centre of both pupils in millimetres. You can ask your optometrist when testing your eyes, he will include it on your prescription.

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept payments through VISA, MarterCard, American Express,PayPal and ApplePay.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns in the first 30 days after purchased. If the product arrives in the same condition as it was shipped, you will receive a full refund. All you need is to send us an email at contact@leoneeyewear.com. If there is any issues with the frame or lenses, feel free to contact us and we will be glad to assist you. 

What is the delay to receive my order?

Once your order contains all the requested informations, we will be able to process it. Usually, process and shipping can take up to 14 days. Once the order shipped, you will find the tracking informations in your emails.
