I'm still only a day in and learning how they work.

I’m very happy with my glasses; however, my experience with customer service was disappointing. When I called to request an update, the staff member I spoke with was rude, raised her voice and basically called me a liar. As a result, I would be hesitant to recommend this store. Thank you.

Inliked the selection and price enough that I went back for a second pair!

I Had an amazing experience,I will be getting another pair of glasses from them and I really recommend their services, they are knowledgeable and professional 👍

After buying the red frames I returned to the store and bought a black pair a half hour later

I literally saw the frames out of the corner of my eye and bought them right off the display
